Improvements in query module 1 - Every query to have a unique id, working as last query id + 1 (immediate) 2 - property name and unit number to be shown in the query (immediate) First- website query- 3 - export feature with details - query id, agent name, property and unit, status (immediate), creation date, check-in/checkout, guest count and allow the calendar to select backdated dates till last one month. 4 - phone number to be made not mandatory as airbnb queries don't have phone numbers 5 – if the phone number is same, let the query be created and mark the status as duplicate and show the first query id under the new query id. Also keep 15 days as a period for marking a query duplicate. If a guest calls back with the same number that will be a new query 6 – As soon as a new query is assigned to an agent, the agent should get an email on their personal email id with the query details. Subject – New Query – Guest Name – Check-in/Check-out – Property Name 7 – if agent selects not conversion a new dropdown should come with reasons – Budget, No Response, Booked Elsewhere, Didn’t like the property, Can't meet requirements. And there should be a comment section 8 – add section for infants, pet friendly, stags allowed, private pool, number of bedrooms, tags drop down, that we have in the quotation module in the query module as well 9 – agent name should be added by default based on the agent logged in 10 – if the source is IVR, WhatsApp, Travel Agent, Vianaar Referral, Sales Agent, as soon as the details are saved, the add quotation should open up with all details selected and available options shown in the quotation module. 11 – as soon as the quotation is sent, a pop up should come to the agent asking when do they want to follow up with the guest. This pop up should have a time and date. Once set, the agent should be reminded via email. Subject – Follow-up Pending – Query ID – Guest Name. 12 – add a next button as the current page only shows first x entries and there is no way to go ahead 13 – add a filter in the manage query dashboard for property name and unit and in the status dropdown if possible please give a option to select multiple options Next Phase Priority Wise Adding website queries first as that will be the easiest to start with from tech side of things 1 – Website Query As soon as a new query comes in from the enquiry button on the website, a new query should be created in the system and should be assigned to agents that are working on round robin. 2 – Website Dropped As soon as the someone tries booking but doesn’t go ahead with the payment, after the 15 min window has passed, a query should be created and should be assigned on round robin basis to the agents 3 – Website Chat As soon as the user drops a message on whatsapp that query should come with atleast the user number showing in the query. If there’s a possibility of adding more details, like guest name, check-in, check-out and number of guests, location etc. Great, other wise just number is okay 4 – IVR query Will discuss this later Agent Module The agent should be able to login and logout from the system. If they are logged out, they should be assigned any query If the agent is logged in, they should be assigned a query on round robin basis during their working hours.
